Ahmed Ezz

General Manager of Operations Excellence, Egyptian LNG

Ahmed is the Operations Excellence General Manger of Egyptian LNG; ELNG is a joint venture company between Shell, Petronas, EGPC, EGAS, and Total Energies. Ahmed also worked as Production Director in ELNG for more than 11 years.

Ahmed holds a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, MBA in Project Management, and DBA in Strategic Management with expertise in operations management, operations excellence, strategic management, risk management, and more.

Ahmed has worked in Oil & Gas field for more than 31 years; he has worked in several positions at Egyptian LNG, ADCO, and WEPCO and has participated in various professional activities and conferences.

His experience includes operations, Process Engineering and Operations Management fields, Quality Management Systems, Digital Transformation, and Competence Management systems.

Ahmed’s Deep knowledge in establishing operations and HSSE management systems, commissioning and operating LNG plant allowed him to participate in various gas projects in Egypt and design reviews of new LNG projects in Australia and Canada.
